project:Klaw is a structured program designed to give your natural nails the consistency and protection they need to grow.
Across five appointments, we'll assess your nails, determine the most suitable gel system for you and maintain your progress as your natural nails grow.
Your gel system will be selected during your first appointment based on the condition and needs of your natural nails.

This program includes 5 appointments, prepaid & prebooked for your convenience.
Each appointment will include:
dry e-file cuticle care
soft or hard gel overlay, selected during consultation
single colour application
cuticle oil and hand cream at the end.

Appointments are scheduled approximately 2-3 weeks apart initially, allowing us to consistently maintain your nails while they grow. As your nails gain length and strength, your appointment spacing may increase to approximately 3-4 weeks.

Consistency doesn’t stop when you leave the studio. To encourage proper at-home care throughout your journey, you’ll receive a complimentary project:Klaw aftercare kit, including:

project:Klaw is not a general nail-growth package and is not intended for clients who simply want longer nails.
The 5 session journey

assess + protect
We'll assess your natural nails and discuss your biting/picking habits, lifestyle and goals before selecting the most suitable gel system for you.

maintain + build
Approximately 2 weeks later, we'll assess your progress and maintain your overlay as your natural nails begin to grow.

strengthen + grow
We'll continue protecting your natural nails while monitoring growth, retention and your progress with the habit.
04
extend + maintain
As your natural nails gain length, appointment spacing may increase to approximately 3–4 weeks.

The Klaw reveal
Your final project:Klaw appointment marks the end of your initial 10–14 week program and gives us the opportunity to assess just how far your natural nails have come.

project:Klaw is a partnership.
Professional maintenance can protect your nails, but you still have to do your part.
Picking, biting or intentionally removing your product can compromise your progress and may result in additional repair charges. Repeated picking can also damage the natural nail plate, which can affect product adhesion and make it more difficult for future gel applications to adhere properly.
You will be expected to:
attend your appointments consistently
follow your recommended aftercare
apply cuticle oil regularly
avoid picking or removing your product
communicate if you experience lifting, breakage or other issues
follow the care instructions provided during your appointments
The goal isn't simply to put product over bitten nails. It's to help you develop the habits and maintenance routine needed to keep your natural nails healthy.

NAIL ART
Nail art is not included in project:Klaw.
If you'd like to add nail art to an appointment, it can be booked separately and will be charged at the standard rate.
EXTENSIONS
project:Klaw is focused on growing your natural nails.
Extensions are not included in the program.
REPAIRS
Complimentary repairs are available within 7 days of the appointment, in accordance with the salon's standard repair policy. This applies to product lifting or breakage resulting from normal wear and does not cover damage caused by picking, biting, peeling or intentional removal. Breakages or damage occurring after this period are not included in the program and will be charged separately.
APPOINTMENTS
project:Klaw appointments are prepaid and prebooked.
The program consists of five appointments over approximately 10–14 weeks. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are subject to the salon's standard cancellation policy and may affect your progress through the program.
AFTER THE PROGRAM
project:Klaw ends after your fifth appointment.
If you'd like to continue maintaining your nails after completing the program, future appointments must be booked separately at the standard service rate.

Appointments are available Tuesday–Friday at:
9am · 11am · 1pm · 3pm
No after-hours appointments are available for project:Klaw.
Due to the personalised nature of the program, applications are reviewed individually.
monthly intakes
Only 4 project:Klaw spots are available each month.
Applications are accepted according to a monthly intake schedule.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
You'll need to submit clear, recent photos of both hands with no nail product applied.
Your nails must be completely bare so I can accurately assess their current condition, length and suitability for project:Klaw.

Applications close Sunday, 30 August.
Eligible applicants will be contacted within 3–5 business days after applications close.
Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a place. Applications are reviewed individually based on your nail photos, suitability and availability.
